Aiming high in order to give you the best of both worlds - high quality acoustic experience and undisturbed space.
They are so appealing, we decided to dedicate them a separate division - not that they need it. The hanging dividers represent our belief in sophisticated, nonintrusive and imaginative design. They are a perfect addition to every space that needs expanding. Ironically, thanks to its dividing nature, your shared office space will get the feeling of coziness and quiet. You can easily create different zones, enhancing widespread use of your office without the overwhelming impression.

How well does Hanging Dividers absorb sound?

Hanging Dividers reaches alpha w = 0.65, sound absorption class C (patterns C and D). Practical absorption coefficients at 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 Hz: 0.30 / 0.45 / 0.55 / 0.65 / 0.70 / 0.70. For the second variant: alpha w = 0.40, sound absorption class D (pattern A). Practical absorption coefficients at 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 Hz: 0.15 / 0.20 / 0.35 / 0.40 / 0.55 / 0.65. Measured in a reverberation room to PN-EN ISO 354 and classified to EN ISO 11654. Test report: ProperSound, 19 August 2022.

Is Hanging Dividers soundproof?

No. Hanging Dividers absorbs sound and shortens reverberation time, which makes speech from neighbouring desks less intelligible and less distracting. It is not a soundproof partition and does not replace a wall. Acoustic panels reduce noise; they do not block it.

What is Hanging Dividers made from?

Hanging Dividers is made from acoustic felt, available in four categories: 100% polypropylene (580 g/m2, 3.8 mm), 100% wool (3 mm), 100% polyester (500 g/m2, 3 mm) and 100% wool (840 g/m2, 3 mm). Flammability is certified to EN 13501-1 and, depending on category, to ASTM E-84-18 Class A or UNE 23272 M1.

Where is Hanging Dividers typically used?

Hanging Dividers is used in open-plan offices, meeting rooms, receptions and focus areas, wherever speech and reverberation make it hard to concentrate.

Is office acoustics mandatory in Poland?

Yes. In Poland, providing adequate acoustics in office spaces has been obligatory since 2018. An acoustic ceiling alone rarely meets the requirements, which is why additional solutions such as free-standing dividers or ceiling islands are used.
